Subscription agencies receive 5% discount on the prices shown in this price list. All subscriptions are payable in advance and all rates include postage by air where applicable. For journals printed in the UK and sent to customers in North America, this includes quick air despatch from London to New York, and then surface onward, where journals are usually mailed via Periodicals rate (when eligible) or Standard A or B non-profit rate. Subscriptions are entered on an annual basis, i.e. January to December. Prices shown are effective for 2008 volumes and are subject to change without notice. VAT will be charged where applicable. All subscriptions despatched to addresses within USA, Canada and Mexico should be paid for at the US dollar rate (or the current equivalent value in Canadian dollars) to our New York Office: Cambridge University Press For Canadian customers, all subscription agents must either: (a) remit to Cambridge the Institutional price less agency discount, plus 7% GST (Goods and Services Tax), All other subscriptions should be paid for in £ sterling to our UK address below: Cambridge University Press For consolidated orders, the actual recipient (end-user) mailing address must also be provided or online access will not be possible for those customers. Please contact us for availability. Claims for issues not received should be made within 6 months of the date of publication, or upon receipt of the next issue, whichever is the sooner. Please give four weeks advance notice whenever possible, and be sure to include the title of the journal, and the complete old mailing address, as well as the new address. They are also available via links from this site. Orders are regarded as firm and no refunds of subscriptions will be made after the first issue of the journal for the year has been despatched.
