Glioneural hamartoma of the VIIIth nerve
AbstractHamartomas of the cerebellopontine angle or internal auditory canal are very rare and only four cases have been reported. We report an unusual case of a glioneural hamartoma of the VIIIth nerve with clinical, radiological and audiometric similarity with vestibular schwannoma.
