All subscriptions are payable in advance and all rates include postage by air where applicable. For journals printed in the UK and sent to customers in North America, this includes quick air despatch from London to New York, and then surface onward, where journals are usually mailed via Periodicals rate (when eligible) or Standard A or B non-profit rate.
Subscriptions are entered on an annual basis, i.e. January to December. Prices shown are effective for 2015 volumes and are subject to change without notice. Where applicable the relevant Value Added Tax, Goods & Services or Sales Tax will be charged.
All subscriptions should be paid for in (GBP) £ Sterling to our UK address below unless they are to be despatched to the USA, Canada, Mexico, Central America or Latin America, in which case they must be paid in (USD) $ to our New York Office (see below for contact information).

(a) remit the agreed subscription and renewals fees to Cambridge plus any applicable GST (Goods & Services Tax), HST (Harmonised Sales Tax), PST (Provincial Sales Tax) and similar taxes that may be applicable from time to time; or

Claims for issues not received should be made by the earlier of : (1) six months from the date of publication; or (2) receipt of the next issue. Please note that, while every effort is made to maintain the advertised publication schedule, it may sometimes not be possible to despatch an issue in the month for which it had been advertised. No refunds of subscriptions will be made after the first issue of the year has been dispatched. In the event an issue has been made ‘out of print’ we will of course offer to make that publication available to the user through Cambridge Journals Online.
Please give four weeks advance notice whenever possible, and be sure to include the title of the journal, and the complete old mailing address, as well as the new address. Please provide any reference numbers.
Free print sample copies are supplied to agents and their clients, subject to availability, for journals with three or more issues per year. Leaflets giving more information are also available. Electronic sample issues are also freely available online at http://journals.cambridge.org-go to the individual home page of the journal you are interested in.
Orders are regarded as firm and no refunds of subscriptions will be made after the earlier of: (1) the first issue of the journal for the year has been despatched; or (2) six months has passed.
Booksellers ordering Cambridge journals should note the 5% discount policy, that prepayment is required, and that returns are not accepted.
We now have over 350 journals available as part of the Cambridge Journals Online service. Full contents to both current and back issues can be accessed. Searches can be carried out across the entire database, and subscribers can view and print pages (including illustrations), exactly as they would see them in hard copy issues.
The price list shows rates for print plus online subscriptions and electronic-only subscriptions. However, print-only rates are available for most journals if you have a customer who is unable to take advantage of the online access.
