Claims for non-receipt of print issues should be made within six months of the publication date, or upon receipt of the next issue, whichever is the sooner. Please note that, while every effort is made to maintain the advertised publication schedule, it may sometimes not be possible to despatch an issue in the month for which it had been advertised. No refunds of subscriptions will made after the first issue of the year has been despatched.
