Frequently Asked Questions

Question

How do I construct the deep links that are used to go straight to individual journal homepages on CJO?

Answer

You should create a URL using the following formula:

http://journals.cambridge.org/jid_

followed by the three-letter code for the journal. For example, the code for the journal 'Ageing and Society' is ASO, so to link to the 'Ageing and Society' homepage, use

http://journals.cambridge.org/jid_ASO

To find the code for the journal you are interested in, go to the 'Browse by Title' or 'Browse by Subject' pages, and point your mouse at the journal title. In the status bar at the bottom of the browser you will see a URL that ends jid=XYZ, where XYZ is the journal code.
