The Robert O. Keohane Award is presented each year for the best research
article published by an untenured scholar. Past winners have included Ian
Hurd for "The Strategic Use of Liberal Internationalism: Libya and the UN
Sanctions, 1992-2003." (Vol. 59 no. 3) and Alexander Thompson for "Coercion
Through IOs: The Security Council and the Logic of Information Transmission"
(Vol 61 no. 4).
