EuConst Instructions for contributors

Submissions to EuConst can be e-mailed to euconst@uva.nl. Contributions should be in Microsoft Word format (and not, specifically, in PDF format) to enable editing, anonymisation and comments. We ask contributors of articles to aim for a length of 10 000 words (including footnotes). The absolute maximum length for an article (with the approval of the editorial board) is 15 000 words. For case notes, 5 000 words is the ideal length.

We urge contributors to read the style sheet (link below) and adapt their contributions to our house style as much as possible before submitting. Additionally, please do not number sections and paragraphs of an article, but use headings with different font effects instead.

Most importantly, all submissions must be in publishable English. This means that you should have your contribution reviewed and edited by a native speaker of English (ideally with a legal background) if you are uncertain whether your English is of sufficient quality. English that is so poor that it inhibits the review process will lead to immediate rejection.
