Kathryn L. Moseley, M.D., M.P.H., is Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Communicable Diseases at the University of Michigan’s Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, co-chair of the Pediatric Ethics Committee, and a faculty member in the university’s Center for Bioethics and Social Sciences in Medicine.

David B. Kershaw, M.D., is Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Communicable Diseases at The University of Michigan’s Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor and is the Director of the Division of Pediatric Nephrology and the medical director of both the pediatric dialysis and transplant programs.
