Olivier Roy completed his PhD in 2008 at the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation under the supervision of Johan van Benthem and Martin van Hees (Groningen). His research, mainly on questions of practical reasoning in social interaction, combines philosophy of action, logic and epistemic game theory. He is currently Assistant Professor at the Munich Center of Mathematical Philosophy of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (Munich).
