PETER HERISSONE-KELLY

In time, it may be possible to use similar techniques not simply to combat disease but also to enhance, or improve on, normal human functioning.

Peter Herissone-Kelly, Ph.D., is Lecturer in Philosophy in the School of Education and Social Sciences at the University of Central Lancashire, England.
