Abstract
It is argued that the notion of bridge locus is compatible
with distributed representation and brain interconnectivity.
Isomorphism is not a dogmatic condition on explanatory adequacy
but a refutable hypothesis, superior to Dennett's proposed
alternatives. The assumption of type-type neuro-perceptual
correspondences is more parsimonious than multiple
realizability.
