Answer to spectrogram in 20.2

The spectrogram in the previous issue of the Journal was of the phrase “It's good to make a guess.” A number of readers interpreted the last four words correctly, but only a few managed to work out the whole sentence. This issue is concerned with a different kind of phonetic data.
