The local change in an oriented link diagram which replaces S0305004100068948_inline2 by k positive half-twists S0305004100068948_inline3 is called a tk move. For k even, the local change replacing S0305004100068948_inline4 by S0305004100068948_inline5 is called a tk move. For an unoriented diagram define a k-move, replacing S0305004100068948_inline6 by S0305004100068948_inline7 for any k. The following conjecture was stated in [14] and [10].
